Уряд ухвалив важливі зміни до проєкту «Контракт 18–24», який відкриває шлях добровольцям до лав Сил оборони не лише у складі Збройних сил України, а й Національної гвардії та Державної прикордонної служби.

Також Кабінет Міністрів спростив процедури підписання контракту — менше бюрократії, більше швидкості. Контракт можна укласти без зайвих бар’єрів.

Окремо врегульовано порядок затвердження посад для добровольців віком 18–24 років:
 у ЗСУ — Генеральним штабом у НГУ — Головним управлінням Нацгвардії за погодженням з Генштабом у ДПСУ — Адміністрацією прикордонників також за погодженням з ГенштабомПроєкт «Контракт 18–24» гарантує: 1 000 000 грн, з яких 200 000 грн — одразу, решта — протягом служби. Щомісячне забезпечення — до 120 000 грн.

Додатково:
- «нульова» іпотека
- безкоштовне навчання і медзабезпечення (включно з зубним протезуванням)
- виїзд за кордон після року служби
- звільнення від мобілізації на 12 місяців після контракту.

Контракт укладається на 1 рік і передбачає:
 базову загальновійськову підготовку фахову спеціалізацію адаптацію в підрозділіСтворюємо більше можливостей для тих, хто готовий добровільно долучитися до оборони України і будувати своє майбутнє.

The government has approved important changes to the “Contract 18–24” project, which opens the way for volunteers to join the Defense Forces not only as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine but also the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service.

The Cabinet of Ministers also simplified the contract signing procedures — less bureaucracy, more speed. The contract can be concluded without unnecessary barriers.

Separately, the procedure for approving positions for volunteers aged 18–24 has been regulated:
 in the Armed Forces — by the General Staff in the National Guard — by the Main Directorate of the National Guard in coordination with the General Staff in the State Border Guard Service — by the Border Guard Administration, also in coordination with the General StaffThe “Contract 18–24” project guarantees: 1,000,000 UAH, of which 200,000 UAH is provided immediately, and the rest throughout the service. Monthly support — up to 120,000 UAH.

Additionally:
• 0% mortgage
• free education and medical care (including dental prosthetics)
• the right to travel abroad after one year of service
• exemption from mobilization for 12 months after the contract

The contract is concluded for one year and includes:
